Add Tubing to Nilo!

Tubing is a fun tool to use to create buildings, objects, models and/or furniture.

Tubing has always been something special to use when creating worlds, objects, models and/or furniture.

Because i lost that creative tool, i was wondering if perhaps Nilo could take a crack at creating a way for us to use tubing.

I understand that Nilo is a game where mostly AI is what allows you to create. I just thought that it would be something fun and unique to try out in Nilo. Alot of users would see the potential as well and would want to join in on the fun in Nilo!
